Nothing will be needed to do to it to get it 'let' ready. On the market for £190,000, which is cheaper than a city centre apartment in Chelmsford. You would expect to rent this out in the region of £950 pcm. Based on these figures you are looking at a gross yield of 6%. Not to be sniffed at!
