I don't normally post properties on this blog for this high a purchase price, but I saw it has come to the market in the last couple of days and this sort of property does usually rent out very quickly. So if you have the finances to fund a buy to let property at this price... why not?
It's on the market with a Location Chelmsford for £349,995 and would rent in the region of £1300 pcm, quite easily. this would produce a yield for you of around 4.4% per year, which for a modern property, in a bit of a posh area, is pretty good for Chelmsford.
