I think I have mentioned a few of these types of properties before. They are incredibly popular, both for buyers and tenants. The location is superb, it really appeals to the young professional market, being so close to the City centre and the train station.
This beautiful example is on the market for £185,000 and being conservative, you would rent this in the region of £850 pcm. potentially more, but it's always best to look at worse case scenario when working out these sorts of figures. You would be looking and an annual gross yield of 5.5% on this one.
