Just had a quick look on Rightmove this morning and I came accross this lovely modern apartment on Beaulieau Park in Chelmsford. A very sought after location due to the location with access to schools and main road commuter links.
This property also won't need anything to be done to it before a tenant moves in, the current owners have really loved it by the looks of things.
It is on the market for £189,995, which is cheaper than a city centre apartment, but no less quality. We have rented similar properties in the area for around the £895 mark, which would represent an annual gross yield of 5.6%. This is a really good yield for the Chelmsford area and with future development plans for this area specifically, the capital growth should also grow. A good all rounder!
