This property has just come back to the market, it's a great price and is in a prime location for investors & tenants alike. These flats are a great size and although only a 1 bedroom apartment, you could still achieve a rent in the region of £725 pcm. Based on an asking price of £168k, this would be a yield of 5.1%

One thing to take into consideration with this property is that there is no parking available, so from a rental point of view, it won't be suitable for some people. Just something to bear in mind, there could be a risk of a longer void period when the market is slightly tougher. At the moment however, this isn't an issue!
