Just another property I have picked out for you today from Rightmove. Just come on the market with Beresfords. The Village is a great area for investment, modern blocks of flats, not too far from the City centre and normally a good size too. This one is on the market for £150,000, we have just rented one for £750 in this road. This would give you a yield of 6%!
Of course though, being leasehold, make sure you take into account the service charges and ground rent when you are doing your sums.
