Check this out! I was doing my daily trawl through Rightmove and I came accross the details for this lovely looking buy to let option. 

On the market for £124,995, (so you don't have to worry about stamp duty), this would rent all day long for around £650 pcm. This would give you a yield in the region of 6.2%. If you managed to get it slightly cheaper as well, all the better! It might need a lick of paint to freshen it up, but the kitchen seems to be in pretty good nick.  I wouldn't hang around though, this sort of property will get snapped up really quickly.
