5.7% return in Great Baddow...

I have to say, there are some really nice properties coming to market at the moment, so many to chose from! Doesn't make it any easier for me though as I still need to hunt out the best deals that I can for you potential landlords out there.

This one caught my eye though as it has the potential to gross you a pretty nice yield, around the 5.7% mark!

This house is on Maldon Road in Great Baddow and it looks as though the current owners have spent a lot of time on making sure that it looks lovely inside, so you could get yourself a property that needs nothing doing to it, just advertise and stick a tenant in it. It's got some lovely features as well, being an older style house, something that a modern box doesn't give you. The thing to bear in mind with this though, being an older property, there may be more maintenance needed to keep it to a certain standard. 

Beresfords have got this on the market for £207,995 and you would be looking at a rental price of around £995 pcm, this is where we have got our 5.7% return
