Chelmer Village BTL Deal

Hi everyone, another little gem I have spotted on Rightmove, as you can see, it is on the market with Bairstow Eves, (lovely photo with the board placement there!) for £215,000

These 2 bed houses on Chelmer Village go like hot-cakes, this one even has a garage... even better.

At the moment, these properties rent around £875 - £895 pcm. This will give you a yield around 4.
