It's huge! In quite good condition, according to the photos and it has a garage! Sorry for all the exclamation marks, but I think this is great deal.
The location is great, the price isn't too bad, (although if you can get it cheaper, it always feels a little bit sweeter) and an asking rent of £775 pcm, this will give you a yield of 4.9%... Fab.
I'm sure I'm not the only person who looks at Rightmove though, so if I were you, get down to the selling agent and book a viewing
