We rented a very similar property in the block recently for £775 pcm. Based on these figures, you would get a yield of 5.4%, which for a City centre property is pretty amazing!.
Of course, when doing your sums, rmember that most apartment blocks will be subject to ground rent & services charges, so make sure you factor this in, when working everything out.
