This is definitely worth a look. A nice 3 bed house in a really popular area. Great for schooling and families. Any time we get a house on in this area, it 'flies' out the door. It looks to be a really good price as well to be honest at £175,000, but I reckon you'd better be quick!
You should be able to rent this out easily for around £900 pcm all day long, so using this figures, you are looking at a yield of 6%.
At the moment, there is high demand for 3 bedroom houses generally in the Chelmsford area and with the lack of rental property in the market, you can't go far wrong.
